Ground floor (3 double rooms with: shower, basin and WC, terrace, central heating and TV).
First floor (1 double room with: shower, basin and WC, central heating and TV; and 1 double room with: basin, central heating and TV).

The apartment has a double room, kitchen-living room-dining room, bathroom, TV, and a private balcony. In addition to a large lounge with a fireplace and music centre. All areas have central heating.
